processus de coaching individuel.<\/p><p><strong>PUBLIC CIBLE :<\/strong> cadre moyen d&rsquo;une \u00e9quipe d&rsquo;intervention locale.<\/p><p><strong>POINT DE D\u00c9PART\/BESOIN<\/strong><\/p><p>Situation conflictuelle avec un sup\u00e9rieur hi\u00e9rarchique qui instaure un climat d\u00e9l\u00e9t\u00e8re dans l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe et requiert une conversation avec cette personne pour aborder et traiter une probl\u00e9matique concr\u00e8te (aspects concernant les r\u00f4les dans l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe et l&rsquo;absence d&rsquo;une communication assertive).<\/p><p><strong>M\u00c9THODOLOGIE<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Processus de coaching professionnel dans lequel est ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 un plan individuel adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 une situation personnelle sp\u00e9cifique, afin de :<ul><li>Favoriser l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de l&rsquo;action de la personne et l\u2019interaction professionnelle avec son environnement direct.<\/li><li>Aider \u00e0 d\u00e9tecter les barri\u00e8res internes et les croyances limitantes qui freinent la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes.<\/li><li>Soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement de comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques telles que le leadership ou la communication.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>La m\u00e9thodologie se base sur la question r\u00e9flexive (utilisation des \u00ab\u00a0clean questions\u00a0\u00bb) et sur l&rsquo;\u00e9coute empathique, ce qui permet au participant de trouver ses propres r\u00e9ponses et de prendre ses d\u00e9cisions en prenant en compte ses valeurs, ses attentes et sa personnalit\u00e9.<\/li><li>Le fait de d\u00e9limiter le processus de coaching, d\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, \u00e0 un aspect concret, permet de r\u00e9duire le nombre de sessions (dans ce cas il y en a eu trois).<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>D\u00c9VELOPPEMENT<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Une premi\u00e8re session destin\u00e9e \u00e0 cr\u00e9er du contexte, r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux objectifs recherch\u00e9s par la personne face \u00e0 la conversation difficile, et conna\u00eetre ses motivations, ses freins et ses attentes, afin de pouvoir \u00e9tablir un plan d&rsquo;action.<\/li><li>Une seconde session destin\u00e9e \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer l&rsquo;entretien (conversation difficile), et incluant les aspects suivants : croyances positives et n\u00e9gatives, barri\u00e8res et pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s limitants, r\u00e8gles pour d\u00e9buter et mener \u00e0 bien l&rsquo;entretien, erreurs \u00e0 \u00e9viter, etc.<\/li><li>Une troisi\u00e8me session apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;entretien permet d\u2019analyser ce qui s&rsquo;est pass\u00e9, les r\u00e9alisations obtenues, les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es, tirer un apprentissage de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience et projeter les \u00e9tapes post\u00e9rieures dans la relation avec l&rsquo;autre personne.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00c9VALUATION ET R\u00c9SULTATS<\/strong><\/p><p>Le d\u00e9veloppement de cette action de coaching a permis de :<\/p><ul><li>Aborder et mener \u00e0 bien une conversation particuli\u00e8rement difficile.<\/li><li>R\u00e9duire le stress du participant.<\/li><\/ul><p>Contribuer \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le climat dans l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe et \u00e0 lancer un processus de communication plus
